it's time to leave your burdens in a pile, set a bonfire.
music: electric gypsy by andy timmonsmuch thanks to tzung for sending that song to me cause i'm totally enjoying it. :D
went to the esplanade library to return my longgg overdue book today and bumped into ngiam who was mugging there. having not seen each other for awhile, we caught up a little and ngiam was nice enough to accompany me to go to the yellow ribbon community art exhibition at the arts house. despite a false start (my bad), we got there eventually. and it was definitely worth a visit.
actually went by a wayang performance in esplanade that was in lieu with the mid-autumn festival celebrations and there was these two grandparents that were so happy to see it they asked to take a photo there with the performance in the background whilst holding their granddaughter in their arms.
what came out was a perfect picture depicting the generation gap, with the grinning grandparents holding the pouting little granddaughter covering her ears (she couldn't stand the wayang music) with the two wayang performers in the background.
man i wish i had a camera then.
had a long talk with mommy over dinner. and that's always good. really should spend more time with her.
and all in the name of randomness, i shall insert a random pretty photo just for the sake of making myself happy everytime i see my blog.
taken in australia, great ocean road, at the twelve apostles.
beautiful sunset, huh.
