palmprints on my window.
music: goodbye blue monday by the feverfewi'm in a terribly gooooooood mood today. perhaps because my first driving practical went reasonably well, i didn't crash into anyone/anything. and this song, goodbye blue monday, i've been hooked on it ever since SY sent it to me. it makes me happy! also, it was a good visit down to rj the other day to see my peers (whom i haven't seen in ages) who've been stressing over prelims. go kick some ass!
anyhow, just some pictures from NZ! no time to do a whole entry on my trip, maybe some other time. i shall just picspam. (pictures will be very random but i don't care!)
maori woodwork at the christchurch museum. i love maori folklore.
the thing about visiting museums is that i always get this tingly feeling from looking at things that came from thousands of years ago. i guess it's that knowledge that sometime, somewhere, so long ago, it had passed through the hands of someone else that had lived in that time period which had ways of life that were worlds apart from ours now, and there you are, staring at it in the present. that makes the experience a little surreal.

the whole gang. (very exhausted but still smiling!)
that's all for now, this probably represents like....10% of my trip? there's so much more, but i'm tired. i'm ending off now, but not before i put up one last shot, i don't even really know the name of the place, but it was taken at a rest stop when we were travelling from queenstown to franz josef. and if i were to envision my own version of heaven, as many people may,

what's a wonderwall anyway?
music: writing to reach you by travisit's been a gruelling semester, lots of things happening all over and i'm just breathing a huge sigh of relief. it's overrr! this semester felt alot longer than it actually was.
ah, today's one of those days when you start an entry with alot to pen down, but once you start, your mind just goes blank.
i realised today how much i miss some people, those i haven't seen in gazillions. gotta see everyone soon.
something interesting/adorable for everyone: a pig with mud-phobia.
for now, i'm off to traipse through the lush fields of lovely new zealand!
take care, folks! i'll be back before school starts.

yesterday marked the last managerial accounting class we'll be having with DT, and i must say, i was feeling pretty sad. he's one of those really remarkable teachers that manage to make a dead subject come to life, and actually make us realise the practical use of all that.
of course, this week's the last of stats with hewhoshallnotbenamed, and behold, our project group has survived with all the intuition needed for this course. barney frog. (private joke) well done, team! (: martin, we'll miss you when you're in army!
now we'll just have to survive finals and wooooo, holidays.
