my personal favourite is 'the old house'. (follow link) probably one of her less elaborate works, but still gorgeous. i just like the serenity in its simplicity.

finally, done. finally, finally, finally.i know it's a little early for this (since exams aren't even over yet), but it's just a mental note to self.
goals for this holidays:

2. experiment with home made ice cream
3. work
4. get my driving licence

listening to 'a new day has come' on wy's ipod today made me relive my love for celine dion. so taking a break from studying for finance tomorrow, i'm watching videos on youtube. this is one of my favourite songs ever.trying to find this song on mp3 is close to impossible. i love the violinist in this song too, taro hakase. note to self, should save up to get her classics compilation.

MINE! haha, i'm so pleased. best thing is, there's only one piece, so no one else in the world will have it! this purchase has made me incandescently happy. definitely a great way to start the week. plus, i finished reading jane austen's pride and prejudice. i just HAVE to say this again, <3 mr. darcy!!!!! (yes, he deserves multiple exclamation marks!)
there are so many things i can't wait for to happen right now:
1. my new bag arriving!
2. the stock market opening
3. mgg interviews to be over
4. basketball, please!
5. getting my pay ($$$!!!)
6. sy and my exams to be over! then we can go do girly things and have a p & p marathon!!!
7. generally, just holidays. there're a few things i want to experiment with this holiday.
school's getting to me, my restlessness indicates my lack of capacity to focus my attentions on anything for more than half an hour. not good. this calls for a break! i am very thankful for my friends in school.
i don't like it when people try to impose their opinions on others. it's a pet peeve. granted you are entitled to have your own opinion, but i have no obligation to comply nor to concur with it. i guess sometimes we just have to deal with people like that.
okay, that was a jolly bit of rambling. back to work now.
